My name is Octavio. I started Losnios because I watched small business owners in my community lose customers to something that had nothing to do with their skill, their work ethic, or the quality of what they offered.
They lost customers because the phone went unanswered.
Because the follow-up never went out.
Because the big guys had systems and they didn't.
I come from a background in data and technology. I know what these tools can do. And for a long time, they were only accessible to companies with the budget and the staff to run them. The electrician on a roof, the stylist mid-cut, the nonprofit coordinator doing five jobs at once. Nobody built anything for them.
