Losnios ("we," "us," or "our") is a US-based small business support service that provides phone answering, booking, follow-up, and messaging services for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit losnios.com or interact with our services, including SMS communications we send to our own prospective and current clients.

By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

• Message content submitted through our contact forms

We use the information we collect to:

Losnios sends and receives SMS with its own prospective and current clients from the Losnios business number. Messages fall into two patterns: (1) two-way conversations you start by texting us or signing up to book a call or ask a question; and (2) transactional texts we send such as call confirmations, appointment reminders, onboarding and account updates, and notifications about activity we handle for clients (for example, a new appointment booked by a client's AI receptionist), after you contact us or provide your number.

All SMS programs operated by Losnios comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines:

• Texting the Losnios number first constitutes consent to a two-way conversation for booking and service purposes
• We obtain prior express written consent before sending any marketing messages
• We honor all opt-out requests immediately upon receipt of a STOP reply
• We do not send unsolicited bulk SMS
• Message frequency varies based on customer activity. Message and data rates may apply

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to be immediately unsubscribed. To request help, reply HELP.

We never sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with any third party. SMS consent is collected for booking and service use only and is never shared.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except in limited circumstances such as: service providers (e.g., Telnyx for phone numbers and SMS delivery, cloud hosting, and Google reCAPTCHA for spam and bot prevention on our forms), legal compliance (court orders or government authorities), or business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition).

SMS and voice service partners. To deliver appointment messages and operate our automated voice and chat assistants, we share only the information needed — such as your phone number and the content of messages you send us — with our communications providers: Telnyx (phone numbers and SMS delivery), Retell AI (voice assistant runtime), and n8n (workflow automation). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements and process this information solely to deliver the service. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with TCPA best practices.
