Losnios provides phone answering, appointment booking, SMS follow-up, after-hours coverage, and website chat services for small businesses. We work directly with each client to set up, configure, and maintain the system on their behalf.

• Program description: Two-way SMS and transactional notifications Losnios sends to and receives from its own prospective and current clients, from the Losnios business number.
• Message types: call confirmations and reminders, onboarding and account updates, booking and activity notifications to clients (such as a new appointment booked by their AI receptionist), and two-way replies to messages you send us.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and your account. Recurring marketing messages are sent only with prior express written consent.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@losnios.com.

Clients who engage Losnios agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information necessary for setup
• Maintain the third-party integrations required for proper function (e.g., calendar systems)
• Not use Losnios services for spam, illegal activities, or deceptive communications

All content on losnios.com is the property of Losnios and protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Losnios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
